Investment Strategy
Franklin Templeton Investments – Franklin Templeton Global Fund will invest principally in equity securities of companies throughout the world, including emerging markets. It may also invest, amongst others, in debt obligations of governments and corporations throughout the world, including emerging markets.
The Fund may invest in derivatives for the purposes of hedging and/or efficient portfolio management. For the purpose of generating additional capital or income or for reducing costs or risks, the Fund may engage in securities lending transactions for up to 50% of its net assets.
The expected level of exposure to securities lending transactions is below or equal to 5% of the Fund’s net assets, subject to a maximum of 50%.
