Fund objective
HSBC Global Investment – HSBC Global Turkey Equity Fund seeks long-term returns from capital growth and income by investing primarily in equity securities and equity equivalent securities of companies which have their registered office in Turkey, and with an official listing on a major stock exchange or other Regulated Market of Turkey, as well as those companies which carry out a preponderant part of their business activities in Turkey. Whilst there are no capitalisation restrictions, it is anticipated that the sub-fund will seek to invest across a range of market capitalisations. For the purpose of efficient portfolio management the sub-fund may also invest in index futures to gain market exposure.
Investment Strategy
HSBC Global Investment – HSBC Global Turkey Equity Fund will invest primarily in equity and equity equivalent securities of companies that are based in and listed on a major stock exchange or other Regulated Market in Turkey.
HSBC Global Investment – HSBC Global Turkey Equity Fund will also invest in companies that carry out most of their business in Turkey. There are no capitalisation restrictions. It is anticipated that the Sub-Fund will seek to invest across a range of capitalisations. For purpose of efficient portfolio management, the Sub-Fund may also invest in index futures to gain market exposure.
